ANGELS AGAINST HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE

 

 

The Australian Constitution contains no Bill of

 

Human Rights  recognition. Having removed

 

ourselfves from the Authority of the Crown of

 

the UK  (By The Australia Act )

 

we missed out on being handed on

 

the UK Bill of Human Rights in 2000. 

The Act of Federation  1901 made six former British 

penal colonies loosely federated Austraian States 

and although a Bill of Human Rights was discussed 

it was never included and States are unhampered by

 

the Federal Constitution in their ability to legislate

 

in abuse of human rights or practice such policies.

 

 

 

The Criminal Trustees

now run the 

Penal Colonies but

 

have not yet made us 

a free natiion.

 

 Of all the States only Victoria has adequate recognition of 

Human Rights on Paper in the Victorian Charter of Human 

Rights and Responsibilities (2006). But its Officials fail 

miserably and hypocritically to live up to their required 

standards of Lawful conduct consistent  with the 

responsibilities entailed by human rights detailed therein.

 

Her Majesty the Queen {may she live and rule an angel in 

eternity} has recognized in the Commonwealth Charter of Rights signed 2013 Human rights of Equality, Respect,Dignity Free will and belief. Why do we live in a country with 

no Federal Government Human Rights Act 

or Bill of Human Rights Recognition

in its Constitution in 2014 ?

Australia is dragging its heels in the dark ages . If we were Responsible Monarchists we would be required to follow the Crowns Charter of Rights signed by the Queen 2013 (the UK had a human rights bill since 2000) if we were responsible Republicans we would have a declaration of Independence stating human rights as does America's...but we are neither...in no mans land.

This backward child of a Nation still wont live up to its International and National responsibilities to recognize Human Rights Constitutionally.......dragging its heels in the Dark Ages

In the New Age there is no ' Authority' invested in Persons. There is Equality in the Rule of Law  invested in Persons. 

Large "L" Law which exists to defend God Given Inalienable Human Rights to Life, Equality,Free Will, Respect,

 Dignity ,Fair and Honest Dealings. 

There is Responsibility invested in Government officials to act Lawfully and consistent with Human Rights or be held Responsible.

                ANGELS AGAINST INJUSTICE

 

 

 

As human beings born in the nature and likeness of

God and involved in the greater unity of God " in whom we live and move and have our being" (Acts) we have God given Inalienable Human Rights to - Equality: Free will: Respect,Dignity: Fair, Honest and Equitable Dealings. We also have angelic potential as beings alike to God to be one with God as eternal beings and angels in the Lords millenial event to be one with him and each other in Elohim Unity of Love, living and ruling as angels of his hosts to enforce human rights at home and abroad.

This is The Age of Rights- Free from 

Racism,Sexism,Ageism,Classism,and Oppressive 

Hierarchies of Inequality Worldwide.

We emerge from an age of Darkness into an age of 

Light, a new Age , a new Page, a new stage in the 

evolution of Humanity within God for an Age of Peace 

with Justice and enlightened reason.

 In the Dark Ages we leave behind us, all men alike 

played at barbaric pecking order games of superiority 

and dominance based on a host of false rationales 

racism (which falsely assumes racial superiority and 

evolution of races when we are 99 % genetically 

identical as the human race) Sexism (which falsely 

assumed superiority of the male gender) Ageism (which

 denies we are the same persons through life and as 

eternal beings eternally the same self and soul -human 

rights are our birthright not to be witheld till adulthood)

 Classism ( falsely assumed an economic status to be 

 superiority) and oppressive hierarchical systems of

 dominance which denied free will and equality. 

Academic Elitism, Religious Bigotry 

and pseudo morality were more excuses to deny others 

respect as equals.Anyone older than 15 could write the 

book "Born Amongst Human Rights Abusing 

Barbarians of the Dark Ages"               

 Barbarians thought argument a process of human 

rights abusing insult and attack on the person with 

threat and violence whereas  to the philosophical 

metaphysicians, argument was a reasoned process of 

induction and deduction utilizing the Logos mind of God 

Revealed in the human mind  with Logical thought. 

Though the barbarians were human too and equals in

 the nature of God, even if they did not respect the 

equality and free will of others. As St Paul said "I am a

 debtor both to the Greeks and the barbarians" 

The Greek metaphysicians pondered what was always

 and everywhere real and true which is the essential 

nature of wisdom, but the barbarians who did not 

think past the evidence of the senses in the transient. 

They became obsessively focused on what they could see and touch and were carnal minded, reducing human relationships to a loveless animal interaction of body parts ,  materialistic and greedy.

They were bold , the barbarians 

but lacking in wisdom and humanity.

Our God Given Inalienable Human rights to 

Equality:Free Will; Respect,Dignity: Fair Honest and 

Equitable Dealings includes our rights to freedom of 

belief , thought and speech, and rights to fair trial in 

equity, honesty, and impartiatity in Natural justice 

deriving from Equipoise metaphysics - Natural and 

necessary balance. 

All true Law and Morality is based on metaphysics (on 

what is always and everywhere real and true) or if not it

 would be purely ethnocentric value judgments 

(culturally blinded) and one people from one culture

 could say to another "you do not believe in what we do 

or act the way we do therefore you are in the wrong" 

and the people they judged might say the same thing 

back to them with equal justification.

 

 

 

A rule of Law in and Of Itself  plays no favorites, resting

 on EQUALITY and has always stood opposed to the 

rule of 'men in authority, ruling by whim and predudice in a partisan collusion of State Police and Judicary to oppose the rule of large L Law which exists to defend citizens from Human Rights abuses.

 

 

 

A Culture of corruption thrives in our Police Force where new recruits learn to uphold the 'honour and reputation' of the police force by gradually learning to conceal the misconduct and crimes of fellow officers through dishonesty and preducialy bias evidence against defendants. Victims of police physical and sexual assaults are denied justice with police abusing Unlawful strip searching to sexually assault teenagers and women.

Strip searching is in its every occurrence , an Unlawful

 and Criminal abuse of Inalienable human rights to 

dignity even when deprived of liberty and in Victoria 

specifically contrary to section 22 :Rights to Humane 

treatment When Deprived of Liberty (1) No-one when 

deprived of Liberty shall be treated in a manner 

contrary to the Inherent Dignity of the Human Person,section10 (Right not to be subjected to "inhuman and Degrading treatment") and 13  (Rights to privacy of the Human Person ) of the Charter of Human Rights and responsibilities, a Lawful obligation imposed on State officials, Taken from the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights which recognises Human Rights to Dignity as Inalienable now undersigned

by her Majesty the Queen (2013) in the Commonwealth 

Charter and crown Law Which is Daily being Criminally 

infringed by our evil, unscrupulous, barbaric dark age criminal human rights abusing officials accepting public monies under false pretences while acting inhumanely and unlawfully.

Unjustifiable since the availability of metal 

detectors and unconscionable when performed by male 

officers to strip girls and women voyeuristicaly, it is an 

unlawful and criminal indecent assault in its every 

occurrence and has descended to sexual assault 

though touching of genitals , rape and gang rape by Victorian police.

Charge bargaining for sexual services is used to solicit 

minors and even pre-pubescent girls by corrupt police 

threatening charges or offering to withdraw them 

conditionally .Charges against girls and women, their 

loved ones , or parents. In every State in the Nation the 

police service has become its most criminal and criminally dishonest profession. 

This will not continue in the Lords Millennial rule, 

and in the the  New Age of Rights and Reason. 

    Set the World to Rights and right the wrongs.

     

           Angels of Light are in the Right !

 

 

 

It is the harvest at the end of the age predicted by the 

Lord himself in inception of his millenial rule. The 

weeding out of the weeds among the wheat, seeds of 

the deceiver Satan characterized by their lying 

dishonesty and human rights abusing barbarity.

A New Age, a new Page, 

a new Stage in the Evolution 

of Humanity within God, 

as we emerge from an Age of Darkness 

into an Age of Light.
